CEO and founder of PathFinder Digital LLC which hardens/ruggedizes COTS products and provides custom VSAT solutions including design, production, integration, and sustainment services for military and government agency applications. Customers include entities such as the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US National Guard, NASA, FEMA, HLS, General Dynamics, Boeing, L3Harris, and Kymeta.

Previously CEO of Thomson/Thales Broadcast & Multimedia, Inc., a $60M division (of $8B parent Thales/Thomson) that designs, manufactures, sells and supports terrestrial television transmitters and digital video streaming products for the professional broadcast industry (terrestrial, satellite, cable and wireless) and telecommunications industry.

Previously V.P. of Operations managing Field Operations, Program Management and Customer Service of Thomson/Thales.

Prior to that, fifteen years experience as division General Counsel to high-tech companies that design, produce and install systems to the communications, aviation and defense industries. International and government contracting experience.

Specialties: Experienced with intellectual property licensing and protection, M&A, regulatory issues, Mil-Spec and government contracting, and broad range of transactional issues.
